Please note that Sunscape RV Resort is a 55+ Park

In order to comply with Sunscape RV Resort Rules and Regulations, lot owners are required to acknowledge the following conditions are met prior to renting their lot.

1. The unit must be able to park with a 5 foot setback on the rear of the RV, 5 foot setback from the driver’s side of the RV or slideout and 12 foot setback from the front curb when backed onto the lot. Side setback is from the wall or extended slide wall nearest the lot line.

2. The unit must be acceptable in appearance, age and condition.

3. At least one person per occupied lot must be 55 years of age or older.

4. Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed 30 days per calendar year.
